Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund or provide a replacement, as per your preference.

To initiate the return process:

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.
• If you identify any issue, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Send us a clear photograph or video showcasing the defect or damage.
• Retain your order receipt and share the Order ID along with the return courier tracking number.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be in its original packaging, with all product tags intact.
• The product must be unstitched, unused, and unaltered.
• Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 3–7 business days from the return’s receipt.

Exchange Policy – No Questions Asked

We offer a hassle-free exchange policy if you are unsatisfied due to color, size, or style preferences. You can choose any alternate product of equal or higher value from our collection.

To request an exchange:

• Inform us within 7 days of delivery.
• Ensure the product is unused, unstitched, and in original condition with tags.
• Provide your Order ID, proof of purchase, and return tracking ID.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your exchange will be processed, and the new item will be dispatched promptly.
